- Brandon Cruz · 2026-06-09

- Shingirai Kanyemba · 2026-03-16 ·

(2026-04-21): Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating delays and lack of clarity can be.

We would like to clarify a few points, as providing reliable service is very important to us. Our team is closely monitored on all customer interactions and follow-ups, and we take accountability seriously.

In this instance, your order was reflected later in the day (around 16:10), which may have impacted processing timelines and meant that the standard turnaround timeframe was not fully achievable from that point. Additionally, the delay occurred with the courier after dispatch, which was unfortunately beyond our direct control, despite our team actively following up to assist with delivery.

Regarding the 48-hour turnaround, this is typically an estimated timeframe provided by the courier under normal conditions, rather than a guaranteed delivery window. We do understand how this may have been interpreted differently, and we sincerely apologise for any miscommunication.

We also understand your concerns around communication. Our team has advised that courier details were shared upon request, but we regret if this did not meet your expectations or caused any inconvenience.

Your feedback is valuable to us, and we would really appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further and make things right. Please feel free to contact us at online@union.co.zw
 with any additional details.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
