We are sorry we did not have the opportunity to finish our attempts to fix the issue with your table. We were and still are ready to assist you. Our last correspondence appears we were waiting for your reply so we could continue to resolve your concerns. Once tables are open and especially when they are assembled no carrier will transport the item thus our reason for returns. (2023-11-29): Thank you for your comments.
