I paid the 49 bucks they charge. I got a brand new computer and wanted to use the browser on it. I contacted them to request activation on the other computer since it did not take the activation code. I have contacted them through email and the chat they have about 6 times. They never respond to any of those ways of communication. Do not waste your money and time. Use Vibemate from Lovense. It does the same and more. Won’t even stay connected to the app me and my partner are in the same room. I called customer service about the defect, and all they had to say is it happens alot, and try to delete and redownload the app. After trying that with no success, I emailed them multiple times with no response. It’s been almost two weeks now trying to get something from them. $100 down the drain.
