We're sorry the setup experience was this difficult. An SSH authentication issue on a fresh server is a frustrating place to start.

This behavior is often tied to a default security feature in many Linux distributions that requires a password change on first login.  We recognize that's easy to miss and worth making clearer in our onboarding.
