The shop happily took our luggage at 9am before the advertised 10am opening time. ### ★★★★★ Convenient and secure - Sandra · 2026-08-30 The location at a coffee shop/bar felt safe with friendly staff. Easy to find and convenient for theatres, Covent garden, China town etc ### ★★★★★ The location was easy to find as I had… - Nick · 2026-08-29 The location was easy to find as I had looked on the Waterloo map beforehand. The drop off took no time at all-the staff were friendly, welcoming and really helpful. I’d use this service again next time I need to store my luggage. ### ★★★★★ Highly recommended! - Akiko Roland · 2026-08-28 We dropped off our luggage near the shuttle bus stop. The staff was welcoming and took good care of our bags. Everything went smoothly. On top of that, the price is cheaper than other options. Highly recommended! ### ★★★★★ Location was ideally located for kings… - Hayley Gillespie · 2026-08-27 Location was ideally located for kings cross station. Drop off and collection was super easy. If I'm ever in London again, I'd happily use this service again ### ★★★★★ Helpful host and quick process - Daria · 2026-08-27 Helpful host and quick process. The spot is located in the train station, on the opposite of the entrance. ### ★★★★★ Location was very easy to find - Andy P · 2026-08-26 Location was very easy to find. Easy to drop off luggage and very easy to pick up. I would highly recommend if you are traveling and you cannot leave your bags somewhere safe to use Bounce. ### ★★★★☆ The process was easy - Teresa Czerwony · 2026-08-24 The process was easy. They open at 10, but we were there at 9:30 and he opened shortly after that. The baggage fee isn’t horrible. I think for 4 bags we paid $32 with the extra fee. The bags are placed behind the counter and left in the open. There aren’t any tags or tickets to prove they are yours. The location was easy walk to space needle, seattle center, chuhily glass museum and garden. We took the monorail to the train to the airport after for an economical way to leave Seattle at the end of the day. ### ★★★★★ So friendly!!! - Megan Steffens · 2026-08-23 She was amazing, accommodating, and very willing to help us with anything we needed. Would absolutely work with her again. ### ★★★★★ Very welcoming - Jeff D. · 2026-08-23 This was convenient to the train station and St. Peter's Church. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We were glad to use his service. ### ★★★★★ Great location, highly recommend - Andrea Campbell · 2026-08-22 Great location, super easy to store our bags for a couple of hours. Highly recommend ### ★★★★★ Great location close to Gare… - DC · 2026-08-19 Great location close to Gare Montparnasse train station. Take bicycles which was critical. Straightforward drop off and pick up. ### ★★★★☆ Friendly staff conveniently located, no lockers. - Sabina Cole · 2026-08-19 Friendly staff conveniently located. Scanned QR code upon arrival, I was expecting secure lockers but that was not the case, they were stored under a side table. Upon collection, scanned QR code again and noticed our bags were not labelled, we told them which were our own. A labelling system would have been a nice addition considering no lockers. That being said If I am leaving nothing of value or irreplaceable I would use them again. ### ★★★★★ Wonderful experience during the busiest… - Silvina Petrate · 2026-08-16 Wonderful experience during the busiest day of Monterey Car Week- everything went smoothly. Great service ### ★★★★★ Great service and hassle free if you’re…great service - GER HICKEY · 2026-08-15 Great service and hassle free if you’re going to a match and need to park off your bags ### ★★★★★ Easy and convenient, good service - Alison Watt · 2026-08-14 Easy and convenient service to use when exploring a town without having to lug your luggage around or leave it in your car in full view. But if you have a car, check which locations it’ll be easy to park near before booking if you have lots of luggage. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Poor instructions on locating store - Olson · 2026-08-14 Poor instructions on locating store. When I checked out my bag Bounce said that I hadn't collected it and threatened me with extra charges if I didn't follow their link and check it out myself, which then forced me to download their app and set up an account. Really dirty move. The staff at the storage itself were great, but they are nothing to do with bounce itself > 商家回复 (2026-08-15): Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry for the confusion with the location instructions and checkout process. We’re glad to hear that the staff at the storage location provided great service, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the app and checkout experience. We’ll review these concerns to improve the clarity and overall experience for our customers. ### ★★★★★ Fast efficient and friendly… - datatraveller · 2026-08-14 Fast efficient and lovely friendly staff at the Cutty Sark shop. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/usebounce.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/usebounce.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
