We're truly sorry that your first experience was so disappointing. We apologize for the delay with your order. While a shipping label is created when an order has shipped from our warehouse, we understand how frustrating it is when there's a delay with tracking updates with the carrier, especially when you upgraded your shipping and were expecting it to arrive in time. We know that wasn't the experience you were hoping for. We appreciate the detailed feedback regarding the fit of the Women's Active Swim Jammerz, the Women's Active Swim Bra, and the neckline of the Women's Aloha Long Sleeve Sun & Swim Shirt. We'll be sure to share your comments with our Product and Design teams, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving our products. We understand your frustration regarding the return shipping fee as well. While we do charge a $7.95 fee when using our prepaid return label for a refund to the original form of payment, that fee is waived if an exchange or store credit is selected. That being said, we completely understand that these options won't work for everyone. We would love an opportunity to make this right for you. If you could please reach out to our Customer Service Team directly, they will appreciate the chance to help you.
