Product took almost a month to receive. The fabric is cheap and thin. Their sizing chart is way off. I couldn't even button the shorts completely. I contacted Velaclor/Baccote regarding a return/refund. All they would provide is a 20% refund and suggested I re-order in a larger size. Save yourself alot of headaches. DO NOT order anything from this company! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Just received my shirt - philip harding · 2026-06-09 Just received my shirt, and I must say iam very very unhappy, looks nothing like the advertised shirt, colour doesn't even match the advertised, (red / burgundy), received what is more like post office red, material in advertised looks more like a cotton / linen, received is a very poor quality material, there isn't even a label advising what the material make up of the shirt is, and also the logo is a cheap iron on one that you can see the colour of the shirt through, stay well away, at £25 I expected much much better, probably pick this crap up on a car boot market for £3. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Do not deal with this company - Karen · 2026-05-15 Do not deal with this company. They should be investigated for scamming people. The company use fake photos of clothing. In reality their products are so poorly made, sizes are a joke. Quality of clothes is beyond bad. Customer service is appalling. Please if reading this report them to the authorities. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Don’t deal with this company - Craig Tempest · 2026-04-21 Don’t deal with this company, received my 3 x Polo Shirts which were obviously fake as XL was like a medium, very poor quality , certainly not under armour as advertised, wouldn’t even go over my head. Asked for a refund and was offered 15% of my £67-00 , saying it would cost more to send back to CHINA, beware you’ve been warned. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Appalling, - Shahid Ghani · 2025-08-11 Appalling, I purchased the Lacoste half zipper t-shirt, it was advertised as 100% cotton, but wen it arrived it was more like polyester and the stitching was coming off too. I sent an email asking that i would like to return the item. I got a response saying find a local shop and get it repaired and was offering 15% discount. What a poor response. I then emailed back advising I want to return it and don't want any money off. I then got an email today saying that if i return the item the shipping costs will be more than the actual price of the product. I have now replied saying I should not be paying for any shipping costs as it was incorrectly advertised and i received a faulty product.
