Stay away. Scam. ordered a ring. what I received is totally different item. Been battling with them to get a refund. Every time they offer a fraction back or a coupon for 10% off as if I would repeat business with them.

- Stanisław Delost · 2024-09-09

scam! poor quality of items, they also send spam messages to your mail even if you unsubscribe and request them to remove your personal data from their database to comply GDPR regulations - they reply saying to just ignore incoming messages.

This company is a scam, I ordered a ring $35 and they sent me a cheap one that doesnt look not even close of what I ordered when I asked to be provided with what I ordered they lowball me first with a 5 then 10 then 15 refund. Then they said that I have to pay for the returnif I want to get a full refund.

ordered a men's bracelet from Vermoun then went online to look for what else they do, virus checker going mad, saying risky site and al-sorts, anyway they kept emailing me with updates on where my bracelet was and today in good time, it arrived good quality, and i'm very happy, don't know why the virus checker has a problem but i will order again
