A week later I inquired again and they said the problem was on the shippers end. They offered to refund or reship. I chose reship. Nothing received by April. I inquired again and asked for a refund. Again I received a very cordial reply saying the refund would take 15-25 business days. It's now 25 business days with no refund and now they aren't replying at all. So...I'll work with my bank, report them to the FTC fraud department, the BBB, IC3 and keep hounding them.
