The natural stone texture is absolutely stunning when lit. It feels incredibly premium and worth every penny. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Defective product, no UL listings, unsupportive and challenging customer service - Jennifer Sirny · 2026-07-01 I purchased several lights and unfortunately they can be installed by a professional electrician due to multiple defects: • Missing ground connection • No UL or equivalent safety listing • Excessive socket depth preventing proper bulb seating • Mounting bracket misaligned with standard electrical boxes Their customer service is very challenging, save yourself the stress. I’ve attempted several times to initiate a return, but after several communications support is unwilling to even provide the return process and form outlined on their website and “hassle free” policy. (Note one purchase was made a few months ago so doesn’t not fit their 30 day window but the other do qualify) ### ★☆☆☆☆ Do not buy anything from this company - Sharon · 2025-09-25 After spending $2000 on a fixture it came missing parts.
