SCAMMERS
Avoid this company misleading practices and poor customer service I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. My mother, a pensioner, was scammed after ordering a product that not only arrived faulty but looked completely different from what was advertised. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and request return instructions (as outlined in their own terms and conditions), they have refused to cooperate. Instead, they repeatedly offered a voucher for another questionable website rather than processing a proper return or refund. Reluctantly, I accepted a 50% refund as a compromise, but since then, they have gone silent. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Please be cautious and do not trust this company.
