(2026-08-26): Hello Cassie, We're sorry to read this, and we take feedback about our guarantee seriously. After searching our records, we have not been able to find an order linked to the details provided in this review. This matters because we want to be sure we are looking into the right account and experience. If you did purchase through vimacosmetics.com and are having trouble with a refund, please reach out to us directly with your order number and we will look into it properly. We would also gently note that unauthorized sellers using the VIMA name do exist online, and their policies and processes are not ours. If your purchase was not made through our official store, that may explain why we have no record of it. We are here and happy to help if the order was placed with us.
