Providing amazing customer service and competitive rates is exactly what we strive for every day. We look forward to continuing to serve you! (2026-02-20): We’re very sorry to read about your experience and take concerns like this seriously. At Vine Disposal, our team documents delivery scheduling, billing, container condition, and disposal weights carefully. If there are questions regarding charges, weight tickets, delivery timing, or communication, we are committed to reviewing the full account history and dispatch records thoroughly. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to investigate these concerns directly. Please contact our management team so we can review all documentation and address any outstanding issues. We are committed to professionalism, transparency, and resolving concerns when they arise. (2026-02-20): Thank you so much for your continued support! We truly appreciate you choosing Vine Disposal as your go-to for decluttering projects. We're glad to hear the entire process, from your initial call to delivery and pickup, has been smooth each time. Providing reliable service with well-maintained dumpsters at affordable rates is always our goal. We look forward to helping you again on your next project! (2026-01-21): Thank you for the great review, Loni! We’re glad scheduling and delivery were smooth and that we could provide quick next-day service. We appreciate your business! (2026-01-21): We’re sorry for the frustration, Eric. We take billing concerns seriously and want to review this in detail to make sure everything is resolved correctly. Please contact our office and ask for management so we can look into your account and address this. (2025-12-08): Thank you for the wonderful review. We’re glad our team has been able to deliver the service you expect, and we appreciate you choosing us for your project. (2025-12-08): Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We’re so glad to hear you’ve been happy with our service, and we truly appreciate your continued support.
