Says WiFi for life, once off payment. No further costs. Package arrived with 10 days. When I opened it, there was a 4g portable WiFi unit inside. I paid £36.72, same unit can be bought on eBay for £11.50. Two emails and pictures of the item received and I had pictures from the TV what they were advertising to customer service explaining I have received the incorrect item. A week later still no response. Thank goodness I paid with my c/card as my bank has now disputed this. Don't waste your time buying from this lot. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Product never arrived - Stephen Pritchard · 2026-06-04 Product never arrived, started dispute for none delivery, impossible to get intouch with company, and a bad feeling from start, but looked togo to be true Should of followed my instincts DO NOT ORDER PIT FALLS EVERYWHERE SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM ### ★☆☆☆☆ Bought a hair protection cap for $40 - T T · 2026-06-02 Bought a hair protection cap for $40, goods arrived in faulty condition and cannot operate. Does not answer their emails, phone does not work. Very bad costumer service. And now I paid for something I did not want and did not order! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Junk spectacles - Mr Saxon · 2026-03-27 Why didn’t I read the reviews before I bought spectacles which are just plastic lenses, completely totally rubbish, junk ### ★★★★★ Very easy to purchase the lovely top - Maxine West · 2026-03-13 Very easy to purchase the lovely top, can’t wait for it to arrive. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I Stupidly bought the Smart Watch . . . - Mick · 2026-03-03 I Stupidly bought the Smart Watch ! I should have spent the money on something useful. Not sure how accurate this watch is, or whether any of the claims made are true, as I've never worn it ! You need to press a button to "wake it up "to show the time! (Not a feature of ANY "Smart Watch" I've ever seen). The controls are far from easy, the "USER Manual" is of no use and is printed on a tiny slip of paper, and the customer services don't respond at all (I wanted to know how to shorten the steel strap). Should have treated myself to a nice meal and asked the waiter for the time instead ! --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/vipsshops.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/vipsshops.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
