Once they wigs came it was nothing as what was advertised. These were not human hair wigs at all. A client of mine has alopecia I buy them for her style them for her, she works in the public. One I said something about the wigs, they told me to curl them. You cannot curl synthetic hair wigs, they melt. When I asked for a refund, they offered a % that wouldn't even cover shipping cost. I refused their offer, they address they sent for a return address doesn't exist. I took the package to FedEx tobe returned, no one including the manager could even find the address in their international or overseas database. VIPWigs customer service team isn't real either, the best thing you can do. Never spend your money on VIPWigs, go with a legitimate company with reviews of real customers. I ended up paying $475 for a Real Human Hair Wigs. And all VIPWigs says is "you must not have given the correct address". DON'T USE VIPWIGS OR, BELIEVE THE ADVERTISEMENTS THEY USE OTHER COMPANY ADVERTISEMENTS. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Horrible experience I received - nyiko valentine ndlovu · 2021-08-07 Horrible experience I received. One their lace frontals are full of crap it’s literally a closure with a small lace for a short side part. Two, I can’t brush throw the hair come throw it nothing and it’s shedding like crazy.
