我联系了消费者服务部门，被告知内容“现已过期，您可以相应购买新的套餐”。

我发现这对于数字内容课程来说是不可接受的。  他们并不需要生产任何新东西。前几个下载是 PDF 格式。  他们甚至拒绝给他们发电子邮件。
