a complete joke
awful website that cant even have a proper user friendly calendar to work with, human response takes over a week.

The more you tell them the more dumb questions they give you

### ★☆☆☆☆ USELESS
- anon · 2025-01-24

Website is slow af, forms cannot be downloaded via FF, ZERO support from anyone, they just link you their useless FAQ...
Seriously wtf is this supposed to be? CN want to be a "world power" but cannot run a simple visa application website or have the human decency to support applicants? What a complete JOKE this is...

### ★★☆☆☆ Service just like china
- Stephen Curtis · 2023-06-29

Very unhelpful chinese staff who follow different rules than are specified on the website for visa applications. Seldom answer the telephone or email enquiries.
