Ordered an icemaker on the 10th August, 5 weeks later, I hadn't received it and contacted them. They told me it was a problem with the delivery company and would resend the item. 10 days later I contacted them to ask when to expect the item, no response, emailed again- no response. It's either a scam or an extremely badly run business. Either way, avoid. Luckily I bought it on a credit card so I can claim it back.
This company is a scam so don’t buy from them. I’ve placed an order and received nothing. I have tried to contact them with no reply. Luckily I paid through PayPal so will be going about disputing this with them now. Don’t waste your time or money and don’t buy from them
Ordered what seemed to be a very cheap air-con unit (TikTok ad). Goods 'delivered to wrong address' *eventually*. Promised a replacement and an 'extra gift'. Shipping tracker turns out to be a scam. BUYER BEWARE!
Please never buy anything from this website. delivered my items to different address and never replied to my emails. Unprofessional, rachet service. lost my money.
This is a big scam. I never received my product.
Ordered an ice machine on 10/08/2024, then received an email stating that it had been delivered which there is no evidence of my item. Contacted the company whom said that it was delivered to the wrong address and that they would send another one with a free gift due to the inconvenience however it is now 23/09/2024 - 6 weeks later and I still have not received my order. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT purchase anything from this company
Never received my product or notification. They got their money though.
I ordered from them last month and recieved a message today from the royal mail to say it's been delivered. But it had been delivered 250 miles away
Appears to be a scam, I gave them an Ontario address and they shipped it to Quebec...don't trust them, if they can make it right I will remove this review.
I live in Vancouver and they sent it to Calgary 1000km. They blame the shipping company when they have my trusted Paypal confirmed address.
This is a scam. They sent my order to NY and I don’t live in NY. No world from them and I recommend never buying from them. SCAM!
Total scam. Sent a bracelet not the item I ordered
Based on online digging, a complete scam site, they sell bracelets under different images and titles,so that they can claim an item was delivered and wont refund you.
