Viva Containers
Dear Liza, The order was placed on April 9th and the delivery preference was confirmed by You on April 10th. Per our terms, we guarantee the delivery within 2-5 business days. You communicated the importance of this delivery to be completed within 2 business days which we had our driver scheduled to do but unfortunately, both Side Loaders in the yard got broken. We rearranged your delivery to be completed on the 3rd business day but there were strikes in Oakland and the driver couldn't get through. Finally, your delivery was completed on the 4th business day, well within the timeline. Throughout all this time you were well informed about the status of delivery and the difficulties the container yard and driver were facing. I apologize if we didn't meet your expectations and delivered the container after 4 business days instead of 2.
