It was mostly good although the last part was a bit confusing. One of our our group couldn’t play the tour on his phone. The company refuse to help me with this- very poor customer service. I have sent the email address to Philippa on July 19th and followed it up on 22nd but she has not responded. We need those to locate the account. We didn't ever hear back, so this is still open on our side. There's never been any kind of refusal from us.
