I had to get google to translate to know this was a survey. I had no idea what was going on with my order until the day it showed up. No instructions arrived with the replacement filters, like whether rubber pieces need to be kept in place from the old filter, when to change them or anything else, Just a couple of filters in crinkled up boxes stuck in a grey bag delivered to the wrong door so I didn't even see them for 2 days. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Haven’t received my product yet - Patricia Williams · 2026-07-13 · 已验证 Haven’t received my product yet! So how can I give a review? ### ★☆☆☆☆ Product was delivered to a different address… - T. Chen · 2026-05-17 · 已验证 Product was mailed to a different address. The shipping label showed #16 Gas Lamp Lane (which doesn't exist) instead of my actual address of #116 Gas Lamp Lane. It was delivered to 18 Capogna St., luckily the recipient text messaged me using the phone number on the address label to arrange for me to pick up the product from his home.. causing an inconvenience to both of us! ### ★☆☆☆☆ DON´T BUY ANY OF THIS - Aline · 2026-05-05 · 已验证 If you have the opportunity to buy this products, DON´T! This company is a mess, they messed up my order, and never answer, I spend a lot of money and it´s ALWAYS like this. I have been with the product for two or three years and buy again, it´s always painful. Go away and be happy with other company/product that can do exactly the same, just like I just did. ### ★★★★★ I LOVE THIS FILTER! - Mahalia Lutz · 2026-04-27 · 已验证 I LOVE THIS FILTER!! HAD ONE FOR ABOUT 5YRS, IT STARTED TO NOT WORK. I WENT ON LINE FOUND YOUR COMPANY AND DECIDED TO ORDER ANOTHER. VERY GOOD PRODUCT FOR FILTERING!! I DID NOT LIKE THE LONG WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT, IF THERE WAS A FASTER WAYTO RECEIVE IT, THEN MY REVIEW WOULD BE PERFECT IN ALL AREAS!!!! IT WAS ABOUT 3 FULL WEEKS BEFORE I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Bad 👎............ - customer · 2026-03-15 · 已验证 ### ★☆☆☆☆ Stay away! - Tavitian · 2026-02-06 · 已验证 I’m starting to wonder if this company is legitimate. I placed an order nearly a month ago and still haven’t received the filter I paid for. The tracking number you provided—also repeated by your customer service team—does not show up as valid on China Post, even though you indicated China Post is handling the shipment. ### ★★★★★ Responses were good - Dominic Porto · 2026-01-28 · 已验证 ### ★★★★★ Sorted and works as it should - Diane Sutton · 2026-01-17 The vortopt does need some extra plumbing joints to fit it properly and leak free. Works as a water filter should. The connections is a 3/8 male from the unit, but a 3/8 female to 15mm, most common in uk ### ★☆☆☆☆ Not getting any response on returning… - Roger · 2025-12-22 · 已验证 Not getting any response on returning an incorrect purchase. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Installed as per this guide and follow… - Malini Tanna · 2025-12-05 Installed as per this guide and follow up with vortopt_serviceat163.com But this system is not operable and no replacement offered till todate. Do not buy this Vortopt 1000GPD Under Sink Water Purifier 3:1 Pure to Drain, Tankless RO Water Filter System, 0.0001um Purification for Drinking, Reduces TDS, Smart Faucet, Black o White ### ★☆☆☆☆ The filters exploded twice and I have… - customer · 2025-11-13 · 已验证 The filters exploded twice and I have sent proof with video and pictures and I have received no response.
