If the order has been delivered, and there are any issues such as damage, missing items, or quality concerns, we always offer a replacement or full refund immediately. We can certainly cancel the order for you. However, since the item has already been shipped, the cancellation can only be processed after you refuse the delivery. We are informing you of this procedure. Additionally, the delayed shipping is due to extreme weather conditions, such as blizzards, and not just an individual case.
