False promises of delivery on website, lousy customer service. Taking ages to take an action over request

One of the best online store in Middle East.

I ordered a lot of stuff from Wadi.com, and they always send me genuine and authentic products. Also, their customer service is very quick and responsive.

Not trusted website, I ordered 1 Nikon Lens and they delivered different lens and till not they are not helping to resolve the issues.

Ordered Item not available and this is not clear in the site

I have ordered a laptop bag more than week ago, after 2 days they have contacted me saying the ordered item is not available and they can ship another item with a slight variation of what i have ordered, I refused and ask them to return back my money. they did not reply.
