HI Harry - We do our best to keep decals safe in transit. If UPS caused an issue in transit we can file a claim, but only if you communicate to us. We always prefer getting a chance to help fix any issues before getting a negative review. We emailed you about the order but you have not responded. We always recommend reaching out to us - we are always here to help with any issues that come up!
Appreciate the review! We try our best to ensure safe transit, but unfortunately UPS is not always as careful as we would like them to be. Glad you were able to get it up and it looks great! Andrew Robinson National Projects | Wall Decal World (WOSB) Custom Decal/Graphics Printing

Hi Chase - We use a premium material made to stick to low VOC paints and hard-to-stick surfaces. Unfortunate that you had an issue. Hopefully it looks good now that it's up! We always prefer getting a chance to help fix any issues before getting a negative review - we have not heard anything from you so it's tough to help if we don't hear anything.
