### ★☆☆☆☆ Big time scammers
- mariana jvdfv · 2026-07-31

Items took a month to arrive and when received they were defective. I emailed them six different times, provided pictures, and they insisted the items were ok and refused to provide a refund. Worst experience I've ever had!

Scammers . Bait and switch marketing. Ordered 3ea 68oz pot with basket and strainer and received 3ea 54oz pot with strainer and no basket. Contacted them, sent pictures and they insist I was sent the product that I ordered, refusing to accept a return or issue a refund.
