When it didn't come with the whiskey I wasn't really surprised, but when the pictures are a little messed up on the bottle, and the bottle itself doesn't stand flat and wobbles like it's going to fall over because it was made terribly, that's where I have a problem. Reached out for them to either supply a product that was correct, or refund my money. I spent over $40, they offered me $3 back for my inconvenience. Unacceptable customer service, if you could even call it that. I don't know if I would call it a scam, but I would definitely call it a website I will never order from ever again. The product I received was only the empty Slash bottle. No Jack Daniels signature edition box, no black stand, no Jack Daniels crock screw topper.
