Wholesale Hoses

Hi Douglas, thanks so much for your 5-star review! We’re glad our online chat team was able to help you find the right hose for your lawn mower. Our goal is always to recommend the best and most durable solution based on your specific needs—not just what’s in stock. It's great to know we could suggest a stronger option after your previous hose wore out. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving both our products and our recommendations. If you ever need anything else or have more questions, we’re just a call or click away. - The Wholesale Hoses Team

Hi Kevin, thank you so much for the thoughtful 5-star review—it means a lot that you took the time to recognize our service and follow-up, even in the face of frustration with the shipping process. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the shopping experience and our customer service. We never take such positive feedback for granted. We completely understand how disappointing it is when a delivery doesn’t show up as expected. That’s not the experience we want for anyone, and we truly appreciate your patience. While we work hard to get orders shipped quickly and partner with carriers that offer nationwide coverage, we know delays can still happen. We’re reviewing this shipment closely, and a member of our team will be reaching out directly to track down that hose and get it in your hands as soon as possible. - The Wholesale Hoses Team Thanks again for your kind words, understanding, and trust—we’re here to help every step of the way.

Hi Timothy, You’re absolutely right—this is not what you ordered, and we are committed to making this right. Please rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. One of our team members will be in touch with you Monday morning to provide updates and a timeline for delivering the correct part. -The Wholesale Hose Team
