### ★★★☆☆ Support is good.
- kattha kitty · 2026-08-13

When I ordered, the tracking code did not work. But at least the support is giving me tracking on my package.

### ★★★★★ Several people claim Whoopea products are not authentic
- Cinzia · 2026-07-18

But that was not the case with the collectibles I ordered. Also, the expedition time they estimated turned out to be accurate. I would purchase from them again.

### ★☆☆☆☆ A Masterclass in How NOT to Run a Business
- ANDRE VAN NIEKERK · 2025-12-08

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

My first experience with Whoopea will also be my last — and here’s why:

I ordered a collectible set worth over £100. When it finally arrived, it was a health hazard, not a collectible. The cans inside were rusted, leaking scented liquid, and the entire box smelled like a chemical spill. This wasn’t “a little shipping damage.” Rust does not develop overnight — meaning they knowingly sent a defective, old, and compromised product.

When I contacted customer service, they didn’t apologize — they blamed international shipping. According to Whoopea, the product magically rusted and liquified in one week on a plane. Science would like a word.

Their solution?
A 50% refund — on a product that is 100% ruined and entirely unusable.

They even had the audacity to ask whether I had filmed the unboxing. Because yes, apparently customers are expected to record every single online purchase, just in case Whoopea sends garbage and refuses accountability.

Their Terms & Conditions? Paper thin excuses designed to protect them — not their customers.

Their final stance:
🚩 No responsibility.
🚩 No replacement.
🚩 No accountability.
🚩 A condescending half-refund if you’re “lucky.”

Whoopea sells products that arrive damaged from the start, refuses to take responsibility, and hides behind transit excuses to avoid refunds. They quite literally washed their hands of selling a rusted, leaking product.

I strongly recommend that collectors and international customers stay far, far away. Unless you enjoy disappointment, wasted money, and customer service that gaslights you instead of helping.

Verdict

🔻 Untrustworthy store
🔻 Terrible customer care
🔻 Products unfit for sale
🔻 Buyer beware

This brand won’t ever see another penny from me — and hopefully not from you either.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Package not delivered
- Jed · 2025-12-04

Package not delivered - company refused to refund or replace - forced refund through payment method - I know it's not always the companies fault but they can claim off of the courier - easier for them to get the customer to front the cost unfortunately which is not acceptable.

### ★☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience…
- Joanna · 2025-11-24

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They completely failed to take responsibility for a stolen package, even though the seller is legally responsible for ensuring that goods are delivered to the buyer. When my order was stolen after delivery to the mailbox, I provided a police report as requested. Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund or send a replacement.
As a customer, I should not bear the risk for lost or stolen shipments — that responsibility lies with the seller. Unfortunately, this company does not seem to understand or respect that obligation.
I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise others to consider this before making a purchase.

### ★★★★★ Perfect

I ordered the SKULLPANDA Cage-Uncage Series Plush Dolls, Shanghai Limited for a good price and received an authentic one in perfect condition. Even the shipping was fast. Overall a great experience.
