We're so pleased we could help make your family gathering a success. Knowing our Garden Party Bundle took some of the stress away is exactly why we do what we do. It's also wonderful to hear that everything went smoothly with the delivery and collection, and we'll be sure to pass your kind words on to our driver. We really appreciate your support and look forward to helping with your next event. (2026-07-16): We're so pleased to hear you had a positive experience hiring with us. We also appreciate your feedback about the instructions. We'll certainly take your comments on board and look at how we can make them clearer for future hires. We're really pleased to hear everything arrived and was collected on time, and that the tool did the job for you. That's exactly the experience we hope every customer has. (2026-07-10): We're so pleased to hear the hoover was just what you needed and that the delivery and collection made the whole process easy. We appreciate your understanding regarding the mix-up and are glad we could get the correct item to you quickly. Thank you for your kind words. (2026-07-10): We're delighted to hear everything went smoothly and that the flexibility of hiring the equipment worked so well for your summer party. We look forward to helping with your next event! (2026-07-03): Thank you so much for your lovely review! We really appreciate your feedback and look forward to helping you again next year! (2026-06-25): Thank you for your kind review. We're delighted to hear everything went smoothly and that you were happy with the tent, delivery, and collection service. We appreciate your support and look forward to helping you again in the future. (2026-06-21): Thank you so much for your kind words! We're really glad everything arrived on time and helped make the birthday party a great success. Thanks for choosing us, and we'd love to help again in the future! (2026-06-19): Thank you for your fantastic review. We know that plans can change unexpectedly, so we're pleased we could help rearrange your rental and make things as easy as possible for you. Your kind words mean a lot to the team, and we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. (2026-06-19): Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that the collection time changes caused inconvenience to your plans. While delivery schedules occasionally need to be adjusted due to operational requirements, we understand how frustrating this can be. We hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future. (2026-04-28): hi Ruth. We are sorry you didn't have a good experience but there was no fault with the product and one of our team came back to help you with the product when you were unable to use it. We hope you understand there was no more we could do, and you will try us again.
