They insist it is cotton-linen blend and suggest I gift it someone because they believe that the recipient would appreciate it! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Horrible company - Debra Robinson · 2026-07-02 Horrible company. Ordered a pair of pants. Size misrepresented. Run much smaller than advertised. When I requested return and refund their response was that I didn’t order according to size listed. Would have to pay for return shipping and once received refund may take 30 days. Or I could keep and they would give me a 15% discount on another purchase. I will take the loss. Don’t trust they will issue refund if I send back. Don’t trust this company. Not a reputable company! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Terrible company I ordered two items… - Cindy Sephus · 2026-06-30 Terrible company I ordered two items both in the same size and one was extremely small so I just wanted to exchange it send it back and get another one in a larger size they said that it was my fault. After sending multiple emails and Communications they would not give me my money back. Terrible company do not do business with them even if you get your merchandise it's not going to be right you're better off buying from Temu or Shein or something else. ### ★★☆☆☆ The product is below par - Joan Ewalt · 2026-06-20 The product is below par. Seams are uneven. Very disapointed. Win't be ordering from them again ### ★★☆☆☆ Identity Theft. - LAD · 2026-06-04 Brand and identity theft alert. The claim is affiliation with a reputable legitimate retailer. Not so. I haven’t ordered from them and will not; given the claims made in their advertising I received. The marketing is highly suspicious. ### ★☆☆☆☆ This company misrepresented what they… - Paul the restorer · 2026-03-12 This company misrepresented what they sell. Saw a cute hamper for clothing. Item says it is quilted. Nothing is quilted on it. When I first wrote to them Feb. 19, they said there could be some discrepancies. They said I could get a 20% credit, but I'd have to return it to Hong Kong, even though they have an address in CO. Not a place I'll ever do business with again. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Products are not as advertised - Karen · 2026-03-08 The product pictures appear as quilts and the description states it is quilted, but it is a flat screen printed picture and not pretty. It is falsely advertised. ### ★☆☆☆☆ False advertising - Shellie Duncan · 2026-02-24 They Advertised a bag I purchased as quilted, but it is not quilted, just lines on the fabric to imitate quilting. So I contacted them for a refund and they are refusing. ### ★☆☆☆☆ A complete scam - R H · 2026-02-23 The laundry baskets are an absolute scam. They claim they are quilted fabric and canvas but in reality are extremely cheap printed plastic - absolute garbage. Customer service only offered me a 20% refund and are extremely reluctant to let me return it, since it came from Homg Kong. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Product received is not product… - MA Vohland · 2026-02-21 Product received is not product advertised. Instead of quilting, the product is a harsh, printed canvas. This experience reminds me only to shop with those companies I know. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I ordered a quilted hamper - Clotilde Bucci · 2026-02-13 I ordered a quilted hamper. I received a shapeless hamper with the design printed on canvas. Very misleading web site. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing - Joyce Montagnese · 2026-02-11 This company falsely advertised laundry hampers. The description describes item as being quilted and photo shows a quilted item with appliques. I received a canvas hamper with a drawing applied. Had I known that the hamper was not quilted, I would not have purchased it. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/willowvaleco.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/willowvaleco.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
