We are sorry for the frustration surrounding the permit requirement. However, as outlined in the contract signed for your project, obtaining any required permits is the homeowner’s responsibility. WindowRama handled all paperwork relating to your HOA but was not responsible for obtaining any permits. We understand that navigating HOA requirements and permitting can be frustrating, and we regret that this situation negatively impacted your overall experience. We always strive to clearly communicate the responsibilities of both the homeowner and WindowRama before work begins, and the permit requirements are specifically addressed in our contract. We appreciate your business and are glad that you were satisfied with the installation itself. ### ★★★★☆ 安装比我晚了几天…… - jane richards · 2026-07-14 · 已验证 安装比我想要的晚了几天，但到目前为止一切顺利。非常高兴。 > 商家回复 (2026-07-14): Hi Jane - thanks for taking the time to provide a review - our customer's feedback is very important to us.
