I thought it would be a great option after having a baby especially since it has white/brown noise options built in. Since getting it the remote only turns the light on, none of the other features work. It doesn't turn on silently, bc it is automatically trying to connect to Bluetooth. That isn't a setting you can remove. To cycle through colors you have to manually touch the lamp multiple times. It does stay on the last color you left it on unless it dies. When the battery dies it starts beeping and then makes a horrible unnatural sound. The settings I was looking forward to I cannot use bc the remote is useless (color cycling,timer-30-60-120min,change of wave projections, and brightness settings) I have tried checking the device and control for tabs and I've checked the batteries in the remote. I thought the dimmer dome was causing issues with connectivity with the remote and that didn't change anything. Would not buy again, and do not recommend. In an era where good customer service seems nonexistent, Isabelle was a breath of fresh air. I didn't even expect to hear back, and she not only met by expectations, but far exceeded them.
