Worst courier company, They were supposed to deliver my item on the day when I received a call that Delivery is on its way. But end of the day the on the tracking the parcel it shows "Delivery Failed because of cash unavailable" where as the full payment has been made online including delivery charges. According to them that delivery person has put fake remarks to close the day & will be delivered asap.   24 hours gone & today after chasing them again they are come up with new reason that the package has been snatched & will get refund from the company from I bought the item.    I guess now there is no solution .    But one thing learned never pay anything up front for buying on line.    It should be cash on delivery.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with Rider By TPL courier service. I had ordered a pair of shoes from Bata, and they were supposed to deliver it before Eid. Unfortunately, my order has still not arrived, and it's already the second day of Eid.

When I tried to contact Rider By TPL's customer service, I was met with nothing but frustration. Their phone lines are automated, and their online chat support is never available. It's apparent that Rider By TPL does not care about its customers or their satisfaction.

What's worse is that Bata, a reputed company, relies on this terrible courier service for their deliveries. It's disappointing to see a company like Bata partnering with a courier service that fails to meet basic standards of customer service and reliability.

Overall, I would not recommend Rider By TPL to anyone looking for a reliable courier service. Their poor customer service and inability to deliver orders on time make them a company to avoid.

Worst service, they delievered my order after 10 days, their customer service is non existent. And Salman, the CEO of this doesn't want to run it any good anymore
