Thank you for taking the time to review your purchase. We strive to provide competitive pricing at all times and we are glad to hear we hit the mark with your order. We look forward to assisting you again in the future!
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you liked the product, but we're sorry for the issues with instructions and the delayed hardware. We have taken a look at your order, and we did ship everything on time and even added a lift gate at no cost to ensure a smooth delivery. Unfortunately, once FedEx took over, delays occurred that were out of our control. We truly apologize for the inconvenience, and we’d love the chance to make it right on your next order with us.
