Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this matter to our attention. We're pleased to hear that your delivery experience was up to your expectations. Regarding the shipping charges, we would like to clarify that our free delivery offer applies to orders meeting or exceeding a minimum amount of $129. Our goal is to ensure a transparent and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers, and we regret any oversight in communicating our policies effectively. Regarding your text message, we regret to inform you that we have no record of receiving it.
