I sent a complaint to support along with attached screenshots of my receipt and other relevant images asking them to fix the problem. About a week later on Sept. 30, 2026 I received a "bot" letter telling me to wait 3 days because they were on it. I neither heard back from anyone nor was the problem fixed. I sent another "prompt" on Oct. 15, 2026. I'll need to go back to using MS Office and Google Docs for work. The system looks good, but I can't trust a company that reneges on their own agreement and ignores the customer's complaint. After reading some of your comments here, this appears to be a pattern, doesn't it? I understand that refunds can sometimes take a few days to process, but there has been no clear update on when I should expect the money to arrive. What should be a simple PDF download turns into a money-making trap. Instead of letting users easily download their own PDF, the software pushes you toward paying for features that should be basic. Even worse, the download process felt unnecessarily bloated, with a huge ~300 MB application/package and additional software being pushed alongside it. For something as simple as viewing or downloading a PDF, this is ridiculous. The whole experience feels designed to frustrate free users until they either pay or install unnecessary software. A PDF reader/editor should not need to behave like this. There are plenty of better and more straightforward alternatives. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before installing WPS Office if you only need basic PDF functionality. Very disappointing. Attempted down load the siftware and the link did not open up nor did it not provide guidance. I attempted this several times and same results. I attempted to utilize the chat function and to no avail. It was a BOT. I got so frustrated that I purchased another software. I reached out to WPS the same day for a refund and they refused to refund my money. It wasn't even 24 hours that I reached out to them. This company will bait you then screw you.
