The plastic created multiple indentations every time the screen was rolled up. Some marks are slowly smoothing out, but one significant mark still isn't and may be permanent. I had to locate and carefully remove all of the plastic from inside the roller myself to prevent further damage. For a screen at this price, customers shouldn't have to dig manufacturing debris out of the roller to keep it from permanently damaging the screen. Luckily, if I don't stare at the marks intently, I don't notice but every now and then it'll catch my eye. Before buying I had some questions and they were really quick in replying and answering the questions. They have a very solid wrapping and the screen I bought came in good shape. Only thing that I think was lacking was a good order tracking method. The order came from China and it took some time to come, nearly 1 month and was just praying that there was no issue with the order. But it's not only Wupro responsability it's also the delivery companies they use... Regarding the screen I'm really satisfied by it. It was a bit difficult to install it on the ceiling but I think the problem was with the ceiling not being torally straight. And I just like the USB dongle which makes the screen go up and down with the boot/shutdown of the projector... My room is not light controlled – all walls are white, so even during the night it is quite bright when the projector is on. I didn't want ALR screen, because I'm sitting quite close to it, so I wanted a gray matte rising screen and Wupro is the only shop where I found it. I chose the gray matte because I wanted to have the same quality from different viewing angles and a little bit deeper blacks. Wupro sent me a screen, but it was lost by UPS. Wupro was very supportive and sent another one via Fedex without any additional costs - Wurpo took care of the situation and resolved that, which was really great. I received the screen recently and tested it - the picture is great, colors at all parts of the screen stay unchanged - doesn't matter from which viewing angle I'm using it. Surface stays flat after unfolding, there are no any dents or scratches. The screen arrived but I had an issue with the outer frame of the screen. It was cut too short and did not join correctly at the corners leaving a gap in the frame. I contacted the supplier twice but they never got back to me or attempted to resolve my issue. The screen is functional but the finish is cheap and I'm not happy with how it looks in my living room with this defect.
