Update on my previous review: A day or so after getting only partial delivery of my wow tbc order, which they "prove" by sending mp4 videos of it being mailed to you. At first I resolved that "at least I got 2/3 of the order" but when I complained a lot, they ratted me out to Blizzard and my account was banned (3 days) plus all gold and items purchased with "new" gold removed. Seems ironic they can report someone for buying gold when they're the ones selling it!

Saw their prices - seemed nice and low, had never tried them before. I chose "in-game mail" option, ordered 8000. Fairly soon, I received a portion, then another portion within a few minutes in game mail. Within an hour I received 2/3 of my order, but then it stopped at about 5200. I waited a few hours, nothing. I emailed support and they said, "sometimes delay, please wait." Then an email from them saying "order complete - delivered." But the remaining 1/3 (about 2700) was never delivered. When I complained, they sent me MP4 "movies" of the gold being sent each time, "proving" their delivery. They asked me if I had proof I did NOT receive it. Yeah, right -- I'm supposed to make an MP4 of me NOT receiving the gold? BOTTOM LINE: do not use this company, they are scammers. Or at least do not take delivery by in-game mail -- that's a potential loss of part of your order. I'd recommend only in-person or by auction if you do use this company.

Worst experience. I tried to contact customer support about an issue with my transaction and they waited until after they sent the gold to email me back and argue with me. Now they won’t refund me but they will get their gold back because they sent it to the wrong realm. DO NOT USE THEM.
