Genshin Character Not Given

They gave me an account that did not have the specified character and later claimed that it was random even though I have the screenshot saying the opposite

I got my vc but here's how it went

I got my vc but here's how it went. Ok so when I first bought the 400k vc off the website i thought it would show up in 30 minutes to a hour like the website said but really its 1-2 days. Now I'm a patient guy and i said ok if it doesn't show up in 2 days ill get a refund. The day after i got logged out of my steam by the guy who puts the vc in the account and I emailed support to ask if it was the guy from the website and they said yes. Also the live chat on their website is a bot and useless so email them because they email back really fast. I thought they just put the vc in and there done but really they use hacks in my career that give like 10k vc every mycareer game. and its a bot who does it and it takes a long time depending on how much vc you asked for. i6t took about 10 hours for all the vc to be put in my account and you also cant log in to your steam account because it will log the other person out. Honstly the website wasnt a scam i got the vc i bought which was 400k for only 17 dollars and the original price is a 100 so I cant complain because it was a good deal. But all I have to say is if you buy vc from 5mmo it will take patience but always check your email for updates.

Very very bad

Very very bad, everything happens slowly, a lot of problems. Everything happens for up to a week. Buy elsewhere.

they used to be decent, but not anymore

they used to be decent, but they doubled their prices, became very unreliable and it doesn't help that their chat support is absolute garbage. Stay away from them at all cost!

quick and reliable

good transaction

Fast response and everything was ok

Amazing and fast

It takes too long.

What did I order

What did I order? I didn't order anything (at least nothing related to video games to the best of my knowledge) and yet I seem to charged via PayPal Visa. DISTRUST! My account is compromised.
