Got my fifa coins after 8 days when delivery was supposed to be within 24 hours. They simply have no clue what their website states. Live chat is automated bot messages. Got what I ordered in the end, but would NEVER order here again and certainly NOT recommend it to anyone. Annoying clueless chinese merchants. Hello everybody. Since you are reading this review, it means that you are one of those 5mmo.com cheated on. They are f**king scammers. I wanted to buy myself credits for The Division 2, but did not receive anything in the end. Before buying, I doubted for a long time whether to buy credits from these guys or not. I watched a lot of 5mmo.com verification videos. Many did receive loans, though in the Rainbow Six Siege in 2018... That is why I decided to take from them. But I'll began to suspect that I was deceived after Live Support didn't answer me at all. I didn't receive a notification of payment on my mail, although a couple of hours have passed since the payment. I decided to write to their work mail. They actually answered me, like everyone else: "Your order is in processing queue now. Wait patiently for some more time plz. We will email you once finished." After that I asked: “How long should I wait?”, To which I was given the answer “dont know”... Then they generally stopped answering me. I finally realized that I was deceived when I came here and saw a lot of negative reviews. I will try to get my money back. I hope someone from the people who wrote a review here was able to return their money. Peace to all and be careful from now on!

I've payd for 1800 robux and I've been waiting for 3 days to receive the goods. I've tryed to get in contact with the live support via the pop-up chat on their site or directly via e-mail. They either not respound and just gives you a seen or they respond like a robot and tell you" bla bla wait patienty please bla bla". This site is obviously a scam so don't waste your time there and try another site. After a week they give my money back so for that i'll give them a 3 start rating.

I ordered an account from them (r6 account with 48k credits). It was 3 days ago and I chatted with the support many times and it starts pissing me off. I always get the same answers (your order is in progress;please be patient; we have many customers at the moment; dont worry we will deliver it to you as fast as we can;...). After that I was tired of waiting for my stuff I kind of wanna play so I told them to please refund my money. Then this support guy told me that a refund is only possible after a minimum of 1 month not getting your order. Now I dont have money and no virtual goods so I guess I have to wait. I will update this rating if I know more about my order. Btw this support isnt very professional. They always say hings like ''dude;man;buddy'' and stuff which kind of sucks and for every question they need like 5 minutes to answer you. Sometimes they just dont answer and you can restart, then youre number 28 in the support queue and you have to wait for 30 minutes to start chatting again. Update: After a long discussion with the support, they geave me my money back. At least they havent scammed me.
Well for what it's worth...I did get what I paid for. I bought 150k steel for 30 bucks or something like that and I did definitely receive it. But...I did not receive it until 2 months after purchasing. I had pretty much given up and just chalked it up to being scammed and was never going to do it again. But then one day I was playing and realized that I had 150k steel in for Honor which is a ton! Sure enough they came through 2 months later. The customer service is definitely garbage but it really isn't a true business. Just a sketchy way to get cheap game currency. The entire process is sketchy as hell to begin with but I mean what do you expect buying credits for cheaper. As far as sketchy business goes they did come through in the end and for that reason I give 4 stars.
Okay, so I bought a Rainbow Six Siege year 4 season pass from this site. I had bought stuff from them before and that all worked perfectly fine with no preblems, so i thought this would work too. And it did, well for a month or so. I dont know what happend but I think Ubisoft became aware of this not bought from their site. I thought okay that stuff happens, let me contact 5mmo's support. And they said i had to buy a new item for the game from their website in order to get a new Year 4 season pass, which would almost be as expensive as a new one. They wouldnt give my money back or give me some kind of currency or anthing. So this site is fine when it works, but when it doesnt it's pretty bad.
some things you can buy off ther site work and others do not like warthunder they will give you codes and r6 they have to log in to your account but it did not work when i tried to purchased it
