Hi Lavenya,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the experience you and your family had at the start of working with our team. This is not the level of service we strive to provide.
At AdmissionPrep, we want every family's experience to be rooted in attention and care, and we never want pressure to be a part of the decision-making process. When you raised these concerns with our team, we identified that the original advisor pairing was not the right fit and rotated you to a new advisor. I understand you have continued working with our team since this review, and we're genuinely grateful for the opportunity to support your family the way we should have from the start.
Our website outlines our pricing, service fees, and exactly what is included in each program, so families can review everything ahead of time before enrolling. You can find that public page here: https://admissionprep.com/request-fees-and-pricing-page
If there is anything still falling short, please email [email protected] directly. We wish your family the best moving forward.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt this way about your experience.
At AdmissionPrep, we take the trust families place in us seriously and want each family’s experience to be rooted in attention and care. We never want a family to feel pressured, and we are sorry that this was how you felt.
Students in our program typically work closely with one primary advisor, while also benefiting from a broader team with specialized skill sets in areas such as writing coaching, strategy, and application support. We are proud of our team and the care they provide, as well as the outcomes they help students work toward.
In this case, the student scheduled and attended more than eight sessions with us, received more than ten essay reviews and editing rounds, and did receive a university acceptance. Because support was provided and extensively used, we were unable to issue a refund.
We understand that not every family will view their experience the same way, but we do stand behind the time, care, and support our team provided throughout the process. We wish you all the best moving forward.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the experience you and your family had with our team. This is not the level of service we strive to provide.
Our goal is always to support families in making the best decision for their situation, and we never want a family to feel that they were put on a timeline that doesn't work for them. We apologize that, after you clearly communicated that you needed more time to consider such an important decision, you felt that there was any pressure. We never want pressure to be a part of the decision-making process of working with us, and we're very sorry about this.
I also apologize for the scheduling issue regarding the late meeting from Toronto. Time zone considerations should be managed between our advisor and our company, not passed on to our clients as a reason for rushing important decisions. We'll be addressing this with the advisor you spoke with.
We genuinely appreciate that you took the time to meet with us twice, and I'm sorry that you left feeling pressured rather than supported. Your daughter's college application journey is important, and we never want the experience to feel like that for any family.
While I understand this experience has led you to choose a different path, I want you to know that your feedback is being taken seriously and we'll be following up with your advisor to ensure other families don't experience this.
We wish you and your family all the best with her applications.
