- Brian Schaaf · 2026-07-21 ·

(2026-07-29): Thank you so much for your kind words Brian!

- Lara Simpson · 2026-07-06 ·

(2026-07-29): Thank you, Lara!

- Michael Shonk · 2026-06-24 ·

(2026-07-29): We're so glad to hear, thank you Michael!

(2026-07-29): We're so glad to hear Mike, thank you for letting us know!

- Ethan Stocks · 2026-06-11 ·

(2026-07-29): Hello Ethan,

We see that you have purchased the memory foam tips that are compatible with both Gen 1 and Gen 2.

If haven't already, please help ensure to remove the existing tips fully from the AirPods Pro where the black nozzle is fully exposed. At this point, the memory foam tips can be installed onto the AirPods Pro.

If you need further assistance, please reach out to us at support@adv-sound.com.

Thank you,
ADV.

- Jarrod Bridger · 2026-06-08 ·

(2026-07-29): We're very happy to hear Jarrod, thank you!

- Andrew Hermanson · 2026-04-23 ·

(2026-07-29): We're so glad to hear Andrew, thank you!

- Timothy Greer,Sr · 2026-04-13 ·

(2026-04-17): Thank you Timothy, we're glad to hear!

- Dave · 2026-04-10 ·

(2026-04-17): Hello Dave,

We're sorry to hear about the poor fit. It may be possible that the small size that was purchased is a bit too small for your ears. Please reach out to us at info@adv-sound.com so that we can help you achieve a better fit.

Thank you,
Jane from customer services

- Kato Peragine · 2026-04-10 ·

- Diego Draguicevich · 2026-04-09 ·

(2026-04-17): Thank you Diego!

### ★★★★★ Eartune 定制 IEM 套
- Aaron Orsak · 2026-04-03 · 已验证

- Gene · 2026-03-09 ·

- Gabriel davidov · 2026-02-13 ·

(2026-04-17): Hello Gabriel,

We're very sorry to hear the issues experienced! Please reach out to us at support@adv-sound.com so that we can address any issues there may be.

Thank you,
Jane from customer services

- Jake · 2026-01-25 ·

(2026-04-17): Hello Jake,

We're sorry for seeing your message late. How did the medium size fit and seal around your ears? We'd still love to help you if needed. Kindly reach out to us at support@adv-sound.com.

Thank you,
Jane from customer services
