Agilemania is a group of professionals working either as Agile Coach, Scrum Masters, Product Owner or Developers. We, coach, consult and train organization and people on enterprise agility, business agility, technical agility and DevOps. We are either Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) from Scrum.org, LeSS Friendly Scrum Trainer, Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or ICAgile Accredited Trainer working in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam. Australia and Thailand.
In my honest opinion, it was more than I expected. I never imagined that I would be online for 2 complete days over weekends.
Naveen has very cool, calm and composed way of teaching or I would say coaching.
He believes in provoking his student's thoughts by asking very easy yet powerful questions.
He uses various techniques for audience engagement which is very useful for me to learn and I can use some of them in my further coaching sessios.
I would definitely recommend his classes on PSM training.
I am really happy with this ICP-ACC course conducted by Preeth Pandalay. Preeth is very knowledgeable, empathetic and calm person. He was patiently listening to everyone's doubt.
The 2 days training has improved my knowledge and skills on Srum framework.
I would suggest to add in more real life case study into the class so that the students are able to visualize what will be happen in the future
PSPO training over virtual class during this COVID19 Situation was not expected to have quite engaging and interactive session. This has definitely given me some confidence to move ahead for Product Management adoption and share and improve knowledge in my Organization.
Eye opener! What I know and been practicing is very different. Naveen is very knowledgeable in his field and his teaching gave me the fundamentals of SCRUM

Great interactive sessions on the topic of Scrum Master’s role. Thank you, Naveen, for sharing your point of view from the perspective of a seasoned coach and providing much-needed clarification on what SM is not. I enjoyed the quiz but wished we had been able to review answers. Well, an hour is too short to do it all 😊
