Thank you so much for your review, Aiysha! We're so happy to hear how much your team loved their embroidered warm ups! We would love to showcase your team on our social media page! If that is something you are interested in, please email the photo to [email protected] . Our team looks forward to working with you again! :)

Thank your for your review. We received your order on Friday 1/15 after business hours. The order was processed the next business day, Monday 1/18. Our team emailed you and called you on the phone number you provided. A voicemail was left. Our team let you know about a stock issue and that your order would be on hold until we heard back from you. We also reached out again on Tuesday 1/26 because we had not head back. I emailed you this morning in hopes we can reconnect. You can also email me at [email protected] or call me at 678-999-2458. Our team does our very best to notify our customers if there is a stock issue. We understand that our customers are busy and may miss an email or voicemail from time to time. :) We are happy to assist and process your order once you let us know how to proceed with the stock issue. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your review, Marc!! We are glad that our team exceeded your needs and also provided some southern hospitality! Looking forward to serving you again in the future! :)

Thank you for your review, Jason, I’m glad to hear you had a good experience with your level of service and timely deliveries! We are with you about exchanging items out! We wish there was an easier and more cost-efficient way of doing it. Since we don’t stock items in our office, there are a ton of costs associated with the process. We try to make it as easy on the wallet as possible for you by covering the manufacturer’s restocking fee and offering a small discount to help offset the shipping on the new items. Thank you for working with us and we look forward to hearing from you again! :)

Thank you for taking time to leave a review, Timothy! I’m sorry to hear those sizes did work out for you. For future reference, we have a size chart listed on each product to give you a better idea of how they fit. And since sizes can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, we always recommend ordering samples so you can get a better idea of what to expect. If you ever have questions over sizing or anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We’ll be more than happy to answer any questions you have to help make sure you’re getting exactly what you need :)

Thank you so much for the kind review, Oscar! It’s great to hear you’re happy with your Control Series sublimated uniforms! For future reference, we do have fabric upgrades available and fabric swatches can be sent upon request for you to inspect, prior to ordering for your team :)
