I immediately emailed the company. No Response. I emailed them again and finally received a response but with no help. She emailed me almost a week later saying they had to rest on the weekend although I had an upcoming appointment. Poor customer service. I had to purchase another pack in hopes of getting a better color. Plus the hair doesn’t feel right. It feels weirdly unnatural. I’m a long time user of hair wefts it looks good but I don’t want to try heat to it because it might melt.
