The second order was shipped but unfortunately was damaged during transit. We always do our best to securely pack the products, but sometimes couriers do not handle the packages with the necessary care, leading to damage. However, the delivery service is managed by third parties, so we do not have direct control over this aspect. We sincerely apologize for the delayed response on WhatsApp. We strive to reply to all inquiries as quickly as possible, but during peak times, there can be some delays. We noticed that some of your messages were not very polite, which made communication more challenging. For this, we reached out your girlfriend to explain the situation, and she understood that it was not our fault. We were able to reach an agreement for a refund once the damaged package was returned to our facility.
