I find it very user-friendly. It is very easy to navigate around the functions that I want. Their Support Service is excellent. They rally to my calls for help anytime that I encountered problems. So far few. ### ★★★★★ I recently contacted support due to my… - Ryan R · 2026-10-16 I recently contacted support due to my license being outdated. They responded quickly and ask to provide proof of my purchase in the past. Once that was done, they gave me a free code for the latest software. Excellent service ### ★★★★★ Great customer service for a not so bright PC user - Albert Worsham · 2026-10-15 I am sometimes careless and have had to reload windows twice, losing everything in the process. AVC was super quick to respond. The second time the code they sent me didn't seem to work. They worked with me until the issue was resolved. Me being careless (stupid) again. Their customer service is GREAT! I love the product also. It works as claimed. I highly recommend it. ### ★★★★★ Just go for for it - JustOurOpinion · 2026-10-07 We have used AVC for a good while and finally made a purchase for the Ultimate option. Not really sure why we waited so long! AVC has always been reliable over the long term and it is frequently updated as evidenced from the inclusion of AI features in the newest releases. The paid version is better and we no longer need to worry about whether some features are supported. : ) We also have dealt with support and they have always been responsive as well. Good software. Good support. If you're on the fence... Go for it!! ### ★★★★★ SIMPLY THE BEST - Rhossili Leisure Ltd VAT no. · 2026-10-01 The best way to describe AVC is the simplicity of use. That's not to say it is inferior in any way far, from it. It's BRILLIANT IN EVERY WAY. It gets the job done - no fuss - no hassle - quickly - and a brilliant end result. I have been a AVC user for about two Years now and I can honestly say there is no point going anywhere else IT’S THE WHOLE PACKAGE. ### ★★★★★ I highly recommend Any Video Converter - Gordon Arras · 2026-09-26 I really enjoy using Any Video Recorder. I save my favorite tunes and tutorials to be able to find and listen to in my free time. Great quality. I purchased the full version of AVC. Customer support has been fantastic. They have answered my email questions within 24 hours. They value feedback and have put into place with their development team fixes for an issue I have submitted. They take feedback seriously and take action to resolve the issue. Great program, I sincerely recommend this company and product. Couldn't ask for better customer support!! ### ★★★★★ Great customer service. - Lia Falvo · 2026-09-26 ### ★★★★★ Since my using PC from IBM 64K PC till… - Farooq Baddi · 2026-09-25 Since my using PC from IBM PC till now,had found no comparison to any software, even Microsoft 365, with Any Video Converter. Just perfect for visually impaired people like myself. Based on AI, it's very intuitive and straight forward. I use it without watching the screen. Well done and all the best! 👌 ### ★★★★★ Powerful application. Speedy support. Great all around. - michael tomaino · 2026-09-21 I loved the free app so much that I bought a lifetime license. Recently I encountered problems downloading YouTube videos, so I sent an email the support team, asking for help. The new version is very powerful and user friendly.   I have never had any problems contacting the support team and getting answers quick. I recommended it to my grandson for his video endeavors  and he loves it and has been using it ever since. I could go on and on about this program but I'll leave it at this, if you work with video for any purpose you will not be sorry to install Any Video Converter. Tom McLuin ### ★★★★★ This is a great company - Edward S. · 2026-09-16 This is a great company. I have been using their Any Video Converter Ultimate for over 10 years. I've also recently been using their new Any Video Converter. (Yes, it sounds odd, but "Ultimate" is actually the older tool, and it is still very very useful. On top of the tools, however, their customer service is outstanding! Even if you are using the free version, if you send a message about a problem, you will generally get a response (a response that usually solves your problem) within 24 hours! Further, they are always polite, and genuinely seem eager to help. As I said above, I've been using their tools and help for over 10 years, and I have never been disappointed. BTW, I have degrees in Electrical Engineering & Math, and I did graduate work in Computer Science. I worked in tech for almost 40 years, and this is one of the best companies I have ever run into. ### ★★★★★ Any Video Converter is a MUST HAVE program. - Myke Mitchell · 2026-09-15 Any Video Converter has been a program I can't live without for several years now. I use it for many different uses. Converting and clipping both audio and video files is easy. Extracting video from a variety of websites is easy. Rendering new video with with added subtitles is easy. Now with the latest version, so many new features: AI image and video generation and audio splitting and video compression are just some of the functions. This is a must have PC tool. ### ★★★★★ Long time user impressed with new version - Stephen Ray · 2026-09-14 I've been using AVC for many years and recently upgraded to the current version. Customer service has been great and the new options are amazing. 2 thumbs up! ### ★☆☆☆☆ cant even make a 7 second clip - YoBi Wan Kenobi · 2026-09-13 using free version to make a clip from a dashcam video. I have tried to cut a 7 second clip from a 47 second video. Tried after ignoring an update push, didnt work. updated the app to the AI infected version, still didnt work. converted the video to the default setting within the app, still cant make the clip. uselsess. > 商家回复 (2026-09-14): Hello, we're sorry to hear that such a simple clipping task turned into a frustrating experience. Cutting a 7-second clip from a 47-second dashcam video should normally work, so we'd really like to investigate what happened in your case. Since the issue remained even after updating the app and converting the video within Any Video Converter, it's possible that there is something specific about the source video's format, encoding, or file structure that our clipping tool isn't handling correctly. If possible, please send the original dashcam video to our support team (support@any-video-converter.com). We'd be happy to test the file and identify the cause. If we confirm that this particular video format or encoding is not currently handled properly, we'll report it to our development team so we can improve compatibility in a future update. We'd really appreciate the opportunity to get this working for you rather than leave you with a bad experience. ### ★★★★★ I began using them in 2014 - Mr Jones · 2026-09-11 I began using them in 2014, have upgraded computers 2x since then and they have been FAST and efficient in helping me get new keys moving to the new system. Product has been exactly what i wanted when i bought it, and 12yrs later still use it. The service is also very helpful and prompt at all times. I would thoroughly recommend this product. ### ★★★★★ AVC is superbly priced with the… - Mrs Alexander · 2026-09-02 AVC is superbly priced with the possibility thankfully, to have a lifetime one-off payment, rather than yearly subscription. The software is rich in features, but not a large install. It works very quickly considering it is processing video. For me, it was one of those programs that I had to pay for to unlock more features. I really wanted my own licenced copy. I needed to contact AVC offices twice, and they came back very quickly. I felt very looked after by them. Thanks for a great product and support! George ### ★★★★★ Solid - Jesse · 2026-09-01 Been using AVC now for many years. So easy to use even i have success. Also had a problem recently and customer service was quick and I was helped out like you're suppose to be. No complaints only high praise. Solid company! ### ★★★★★ Excellent and Speedy problem resolution - George Wolf · 2026-09-01 I've used Any Video Converter and Any Video Converter Pro for many years and have been very happy with the software. An issue arose recently when I had to update AVC Pro. I emailed the Any Video Converter Support Team and received a clear and concise answer very quickly which solved the issue. So, in addition to having liked Any Video Converter (the free version) and AVC Pro (with a small annual fee), I am really happy with the customer service I received. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/www.any-video-converter.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/www.any-video-converter.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
