This is what we strive for, easy ordering and a quick delivery. (2024-01-10): This is the first time in 27 years we have been called liars and cheats. This customer first ordered our product from Amazon. The order was lost during the holidays so we processed a replacement order to send him. This is an easy fix. Meanwhile he went to our website and ordered the product again. We fully refunded his Amazon purchase, and sent him another order AND told him if he received the first order to keep it. No need to return it and he could keep it for free. Our website price is not half the price of Amazon. We have a history of replying to him about this issue. He admits he received the product so not sure exactly why the hostility. Never had a transaction like this one. (2023-12-18): Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate knowing that not only the product works well but also our website ! (2023-09-26): Nice to hear from you. Yes, this was invented by a family in Texas by a man whose son played Little League baseball. The son needed his hat cleaned for a championship baseball game. Please go to our website and get out contact information and shoot us a message. And thank you for your review ! (2019-01-16): Thank you for the review. We are not sure who asked for it since we do not request reviews ( we feel if it is worthy of a review, we will get it) and as you said, it doesnt make sense to ask until you have received it and had the opportunity to use it. If you are having trouble with the one you opened from the front, try making sure the front snaps are really snapped shut. Sometimes if its not really snapped tight, it might do that. Thank you for purchasing the Ballcap Buddy ### ★★★☆☆ 我没有收到跟踪信息 - mhmod kadom · 2018-11-10 · 已验证 我没有得到跟踪信息。 (2018-11-10): Did you receive the product? If not, please contact us. If you did receive it, what typically is happening is that packages are being handed to third party carriers after we ship it, and there is no tracking until the package is delivered to you. Please contact us if you did not get your package at info@ballcapbuddy.com Thank you ### ★☆☆☆☆ 我的订单等待了大约一个月 - Paul Perry · 2018-10-09 · 已验证 我的订单等了大约一个月。 (2018-10-09): Paul This is the first we have heard there was a problem receiving your order. We cannot fix it if we are unaware there was a problem and we need your information to search for it. We have no shipments here that have been returned. Please provide your order number and shipping information and send it to info@ballcapbuddy.com so we can trace your order. When we learn there is a problem with a shipment ( we ship hundreds every day) we investigate it immediately. (2018-06-24): We apologize for the error message. There was a glitch with our shipping software and PayPal but it has been fixed. Thank you for your purchase ### ★★★★★ 我们遇到了麻烦，但得到了处理……
