Replacing the battery is not possible. However, the customer didn't mention that he called to request replacement after the one year warranty expired. According to our website logs, the customer placed this order on Aug. 26, 2016 at 12:15:08 PM. The order was processed on Aug. 26, 2016 at 1:30PM and was shipped that same day via USPS First Class Mail. USPS does not store tracking information for more than 120 days and we are unable to factually state the exact delivery date of this order. The printed warranty on all TechFuel products is for the period of one year from the date of purchase. The customer contacted us via email on August 27, 2017 at 9:39 PM. The email was read this morning (August 28, 2017) and a reply was sent to the customer. The customer was informed that the warranty on his order had expired and that the product had been discontinued. Since our first response the customer has written with three additional emails. We sent the customer a copy of their invoice with the printed order date of Aug. 26, 2016.
