Hello Jayme. I am unsure where you are getting that we cannot ship to you anymore? It looks like you are in Louisiana and we ship there all the time! Please give us a call if you are having issues at checkout!

Fast shipping is what we are known best for! We are glad you found us and hope to continue to be able to provide the service you are used to!

Thank you Liz! We appreciate your continued loyalty to Big D Vapor. Keep an eye out for our next promo. It will be going out tomorrow morning at 9AM

Appreciate it Cindy! We have a 4th of July promo going out tomorrow morning at 9AM. Keep an eye out for it!

Thanks Martha! We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review! It makes all the difference!

Hello Michele. I see your last order was placed on a Friday evening after we had left for the weekend. We are not currently open on Saturdays and Sundays for shipping so we were not able to get to your order until Monday. We then had it shipped that day we got back in the office and you had your package on Thursday. If you are going to need to restock over a weekend, please make sure to get your orders in on Thursday to ensure that we can get them out before the weekend hits! I hope this helps and we appreciate your feedback!

Thank you Debra. We are glad you stumbled across our website as well! Keep an eye out for all our promos! They go out every Saturday at 9AM. July is going to be an exception and it will go out on Friday!

YOU ARE THE BEST MARTY!!! Keep your eyes open for our 4th of July promo going out tomorrow morning!

Sorry to hear this Samantha. We do our best to make sure everything is packed tight. However when they get on a 3rd party truck, we cannot guarantee that they are going to take the same approach we do. Glad they are all functioning!

Hello Teresa. These are NOT our fees. These are fees that are initiated by the state of CT where you are located. We do not control the excise taxes that are charged for each state. Excise taxes are calculated by the ML in each device, a percentage of the cost of the vape, or just a base charge per unit depending on where you are located. Please see Connecticuts excise tax calculations: **Closed System Vapor Products (Prefilled/Sealed): Taxed at $0.40 per milliliter of electronic cigarette liquid. This applies to non-refillable, manufacturer-sealed pods and cartridges.** Although our prices are marked at $5.00, that does not change the ML in each device that you were attempting to order. Again, this is something that is out of our control, and something the state you live in requires.

Thank you for the feedback Richard. Keep an eye out for our Promos going out every Saturday!
